Research Institute Southern California Fires Timeline

The Southern California Fires Timeline Dataset spreadsheet is a collection of data points gathered from dispatch records and radio communications transcripts, body camera recordings, weather reports, social media posts, emergency management logs, and other sources. The data points begin just prior to the start of the Palisades fire on January 7, 2025 at 10:30 am PST to when the fire progression through the built environment lessened and when sufficient resources were available to address the existing threat to the Palisades and Eaton fires on the morning of January 8, 2025.
